Business Mapping

As many facilitated workshop sessions needed to gather the reality of your business. Three to four weeks of build behind the scenes. Delivery is a documented operating picture of your business — what it actually does today, where the pain points and opportunities sit, and a tailored starter toolkit so you can act on it.

What you get:

  • A high-level process map of your business — how the work actually moves through it today.
  • A full Operational Report with mapped pain points and opportunities — the gaps named, ranked, and ready to act on.
  • A tailored starter toolkit from Kyndaris's IP, scoped to your business and what you need to do next:
    • Handover plan

    • 90-day strategic action plan
    • Pricing and unit economics model
    • And other templates and quick-starts as the engagement calls for

You walk away with a clear picture of the business, the gaps and opportunities named, and the tools to start closing them. Some owners take it from there and run it themselves. Most pick the priorities and move into the Retainer or into individual Builds. Either path is fine.

Operating Retainer Fractional COO

Kyndaris in the business. Think of it as a fractional COO arrangement — not advice from the sidelines, but operational leadership alongside you. You stay the owner. We carry the operational strategy: setting priorities from the 90-day plan, leading the weekly cadence, and driving Builds, system changes, hires, and supplier decisions into the business in the direction you've set.

On retainer you also get full access to Kyndaris — a direct communication line so you have on call access when you need it, the working knowledge base, any suitable templates and IP, and our network of preferred outsourcing providers (developers, designers, bookkeepers, marketers, lawyers) when the work calls for hands beyond ours. Three-month minimum. Around eight hours of hands-on Kyndaris time inside your business each month.

Most engagements run beyond three months. Some run for years. The point of the work is to make us unnecessary — when you can run the next six months without us and still hit your targets, we recommend you pause or end it.

Builds and AI tools

Every business hits a road block. There's a gap or a constraint sitting between you and the next operational level — and until it's closed, nothing else moves. A Build is whatever it takes to close it: a single-purpose AI tool, a system fix, a documented process, a multi-step automation, an integration between the tools you already use. We scope to the constraint, not to the shopping list. Quoted individually. Fixed price for a defined scope before any work starts.

Who we are.

Kyndaris is a boutique operational systems consultancy founded by Matt Radcliffe and based in Maylands, Perth. We serve small service businesses across Western Australia and remote across Australia.

The name combines Kynda (Old Norse — to ignite) and Aris (Greek — excellence). The brand motif is a campfire. Every business is its own fire, and every fire services its own community and the people who work there. When tended well, it's controlled — providing warmth, light, safety, and nourishment to the people around it. They share stories, wisdom and companionship. When it's out of control its dangerous for all, when it's just coals it doesn't help anyone. Some fires are small and humble; others are bonfires that draw in many. Kyndairs's role is to kindle that fire and help it burn at its best, share knowledge and wisdom — so the owner can step back and actually enjoy it, or hand it on, knowing it will keep burning bright for everyone who gathers around it.

Matt's background spans Australian Government project delivery (Department of Finance, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, National Library of Australia, National Archives), private-sector executive roles (Project Manager, then CTO, then General Manager at Invizbiz; CTO at Resicert), and independent consulting. The mix is the angle — practitioner-level exposure to the levers that actually move a small service business, paired with the rigour from delivering for government and corporate clients.
