About these numbers
This is an estimate, not an audit. It uses a 46-week working year, assumes only half of no-shows are preventable, counts just one in four missed calls as a lost booking, and values your admin hours at the difference between your clinical hour and a front-desk wage — not the full clinical rate. Real leakage is usually higher.
